At this level training progresses to include high volume and high intensity components in our Year Round Program. Training is designed to refine mental, physical and emotional skills as well as technical skills in completion. Fitness and monitoring is increased. Program participants, in both the basic and year round programs, will be assigned to a training group based on one of two stages. Each stage is defined by a combination of the stage of physical development, skill level and fitness of the individual. See Appendix A for further information and description of stages.
