Still unsure about going downhill on cross-country skis? Get better at climbing up hills and work to improve your control on the way back down. Develop efficient hill climbing skills through side step, herringbone, and for advanced skiers diagonal skate and offset. Gain confidence on the decent with snowplow, half snowplow, snowplow turns and for the advanced skier you will work on track changes, step turns, parallel turns and skate turns.
