What Does the Nakkertok racing team do for training in the Summer and fall? The regular racing program holds two practices per week on Wednesday and Sundays (Summer)/Saturday (Fall).
Wednesday Practices Include:

| Strength A creative mix of plyometrics, push ups, core, moving strength, medicine ball work, and pole hopping. Once we get into the fall Dave’s ‘torture’ machine makes an appearance. | ![]() |

Weekend Workouts consist of:
| Meeting in the Gatineau Park They said it was impossible to get teenagers up and moving at 8:30am on a weekend. Well it isn’t so hard if the practices are fun. | ![]() |
| Balance, Agility and Speed Work One foot balance, obstacle courses, hopping curbs, 180’s and 360’s, sprints and games on skis. | ![]() |
