A reminder about the NCD camp coming up this July 23, 24th and 25th right here in Ottawa for athletes ages 14-17. [the intial cost estimate has been adjusted to $175.00 for the all inclusive weekend].

This is a great opportunity for athletes to either have their first 'training camp' experience or further their ski experience repertoire.
Not only will athletes benefit physically, this camp is is another great step in their development as independent, high functioning athletes.

This camp is an especially good opportunity for those athletes who are busy participating in other sports during the summer but may still like to take advantage of a weekend of summer ski training.

The registration deadline is July 5th. We don't need a cheque in hand by then, just an email with an intent to register. Please see the attached camp registration form and schedule of events for more information.

Hello athletes and parents,

Our first official training session of the new year is almost upon us.
I just thought I'd send out a polite reminder email.

We will be training this Sunday starting from the Relais du Plein Air (the parkway's aren't closed until after the May longweekend).
When: 8:00-10:30am
We will be....ROLLERSKIING! Hooray.

Please make sure you come equipped with the following;

-all the necesarry registration forms. You will absolutely not be allowed to participate in the practice until your waivers are signed, sealed and delivered to the parent rep
-rollerskiis
-skate boots
-skate poles (with carbide tips)
-helmet
-gloves
-water bottle and carrier

To celebrate Nakkertok’s victorious season, we will be holding an end-of-season BBQ for the T2T and LTC athlete complete with team games, activities and end of year awards!

When: Sunday April 18^th, 3pm-6pm

Where: Nakkertok South

The Plan: 3-5pm- Fun and Games

5pm BBQ

What to Bring: Dress in active clothes that can get DIRTY

BBQ’ed hamburgers and hotdogs will be provided

                        Bring a dessert, salad or side dish, to share as well as your own beverage, your own cutlery and dishes
